My career journey
Over the last decade, I went from English teacher to QA - I entered IT through 100 rejections and failed interviews. This is where I learned the most.
From QA I grew into project management and coaching - to get a job as a Culture Manager at a unicorn company.
After that, I founded a recruiting agency that helped get a job for 300+ people in Europe, UK, US and LATAM.
When I'm not recruiting, I give career consultations to developers, UI/UX designers, QA and other IT specialists.
